WOD 5-3-12 Thursday

Strength:

3×5 Deadlift

Finish with a light set of 10 reps for technique. Use  50-55% of 3×5

15 min cap

Cash out:  2 rounds of:

Giant tire flip around the building.   Any athlete not flipping the tire will carry a kettle bell while the tire is being flipped (53,35)

A 5 burpee penalty will be applied every time a kettle bell touches the ground.  All burpees will be done after the wod.

  1. Deadlift: 275

    Stayed on lighter side to maintain the hook grip. It’s funny I hated the hook grip when I first started and now I can’t grab a bar without it. Weird.

    Cash Out:

    20 rounds

    Great call on the team relay John, it was fun. Keep an eye on that clock Doug..haha :)

    Heavy enough for me :) . Last round was the best, by whatever reason.
