You know it was a good WOD when you cannot count right The goal for March is 5 butterfly pullups and being able to do basic addition rx’d
Wingmen = 12 (7,2,3) 75lb power clean and shoulder to overhead RX pull up/push up Single/double for 3rd AMRAP Awesome WOD!
Wingmen 4, 5, 2 Rx…. Really should have pushed for 5 in that first round – DUs were okay even though I was gassed
Wingman 17 rounds 7 with 75# (2 rounds were HPC cuz I’m an idiot) 5 sub ring rows for PU 5 singles Great WOD and nice to be at my first 6:30!
