  1. Joined the 5:30 crew for some Sweet Nothings.
    Thought my 9 rounds plus 6 was pretty good until I heard some 12’s going around. Sheesh you guys…

    Decided to go lighter in order not to get stuck on the cleans, worked out ok, didn’t break anything.

  4. Did this at work. Ended up being an AMRAP 10:32 due to a call.

    Truck bumper in place of box jump (looks like 24″)

    3 rounds. 135 felt heavy maybe should have done 115 but it went ok while it lasted

  5. HAPPY OPEN EVERYONE!!!

    10X1 First Pull (pause 3 seconds at knees) + Hang Clean + Jerk – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.
    (Without jerk, pumped to start putting weight over my head again in a week!) 185(4),195(3),205(1),215(1),225(1)PR

    3X5 Bent-Over Rows (supinated grip) – heavier than last week, rest 60 sec.

    High Bar Back Squat: 2X5 @ 70% – rest 45 seconds, 2X3 @ 75% – rest 45 seconds, 3X1 @ 80% – rest 30 seconds.
    (Sets at each percentage should be performed without re-racking the barbell. Take 90 seconds rest between each percentage)
    Worked off of 325: 70%@230, 75%@245, 80%@260
    Weight didn’t feel too heavy, but very interesting having to hold the weight in between sets instead of racking it

    3X200m Run – rest 1:1
    3X200m Run – rest 1:1.5
    3X200m Run – rest 1:2
    Scaled runs to 160m: 29.8, 29.7, 30.0, 29.5, 28.6, 29.3, 29.7, 28.1, 26.7
    I think I could have been running harder since my last score was significantly my best score…

    HPC unbroken and box jumps were best they’ve been in long time. Sit ups slowed me down big time in the last couple of rounds. Was pacing 12+ and lost it. Oh well, I’ll get you next time Brian!!!
