1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

Med ball clean practice

3.     Wod:

 “Tabata Quattro”

Complete 32 Intervals of 20sec work / 10sec rest

  • Cal row
  • Hand release push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Med ball cleans(20,14)

*rest 1 minute between exercices.

 Complete all eight rounds of Cal-row before moving on to the push ups.  Score is total reps completed for all 32 intervals.

 Cash out:

3 x 750m / 3 min easy

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for three minutes at light pressure between each 750.
