Wod Saturday 5/7/16

Saturday we will not have power due to the fact that the building is switching over to solar. We will have an adjusted adult schedule.  Be prepared to be outside.

Adult classes

  • 7:30am Adult CrossFit
  • 7:30am BootCamp (this class will be combined with the CrossFit class)
  • 8:30am Adult CrossFit
  • 9:30am Adult CrossFit
  • * No 6:30am or 10:30am classes

No kids or teens classes and no childcare.

We apologize for this inconvenience.

“Solar Power”

  • 50 double unders or 100 singles
  • 50 ab-mat sit-ups
  • 80/60 cal row
  • 800m run

 Cash out: 

Foam roll 5 minutes.
