2.     Wod prep:

Prep the movements.

3.     Wod:

Teams of 2 or 3
One athlete works while the others rest except for the tire flips and farmers carry.

  • 100 tires flips (pick a tire you are comfotable flipping with a team mate)
  • 100 tire jumps
  • 800 m KB farmers carry 35 lbs as a team(switch as you like)
  • 100 push-ups
  • 100 stone to shoulder (95,65) Inside on the rubber floor.

Cash out: 

Foam roll for 5 minutes
