 3.     Wod:

“Bat Dance”

5 rounds of:

  • 9 Power Snatches (95,65)
  • 15 TTB
  • 3 Rope Climbs 15′ or cargo net climbs

Rest 1:30 between rounds

Cash out: 

Easy 400m jog then overhead banded distraction.
