2.     Wod prep:

3 x 5 dead lift warm up to wod weight, heavier if capable.

*You should be shooting to go for unbroken dead lifts in the wod.

3.     Wod:

 3 Rounds for time

  • 500 m row
  • 12 Body-weight dead lifts
  • 21 Box Jumps (20″ for all)

Core cash out: 

3 Rounds

  • 10 Strict Leg Raises(on floor)
  • 5 Dragon Flags(on a bench)

  1. Feeling slow, weak, and winded lately. This morning wasn’t any different….until I checked my previous Christine-15:41

    Today- 13:32. Apparently I’m not as slow and tired as my year and a halfish younger self. Keep your log people-it could be your best friend on a rainy Tuesday😉

    I went 10 pounds lighter than last time but was a little bit after. I’m dealing with a hip issue, and didn’t want to aggravate it.

    Previous PR: 12:28 RX which was @135 at the time.
    Legs weren’t cooperating this morning. Usually my limitation on box jumping is my metcon. Today, it was tired legs.. Little tired after Cindy/Grace last night?
