  1. Feeling slow, weak, and winded lately. This morning wasn’t any different….until I checked my previous Christine-15:41

Today- 13:32. Apparently I’m not as slow and tired as my year and a halfish younger self. Keep your log people-it could be your best friend on a rainy Tuesday😉

    • Nice work Matt!
Always great to have a visit from Steve, I’m sure Crash is quite sad to have missed it. And Steve-Melissa and I would totally help you spend your $$ picking out new furnishings for the new place. Let us know!!

I went 10 pounds lighter than last time but was a little bit after. I’m dealing with a hip issue, and didn’t want to aggravate it.

    Loved your post, Kristin!
And I agree with Matt – nice to see Steve two days in a row!

  3. Christine: 13:17 RX @140 lb.
Previous PR: 12:28 RX which was @135 at the time.
Legs weren’t cooperating this morning. Usually my limitation on box jumping is my metcon. Today, it was tired legs.. Little tired after Cindy/Grace last night?
