Wod Wednesday 5/25/16

1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

Prep the squats..

 3.     Wod:

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

*Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

Cash out:

Easy 2 minute row. Lax ball High hamstring seated on a box.  2 minutes each side.

  1. OHS: 110 (PR)
    FS: 190 (PR)
    BS: 205 – no where near a PR. Had a really sloppy dump of the bar at 215 and stopped (2nd rep). Legs were just spent after the first 2 lifts. The sloppy dump was unnerving and called it a day.

  2. Tough to get back in the swing of things with all of my recent travel…Glad Mick asked if I signed a waiver as a “drop in” today!
    OHS: 115 (PR)
    FS: 225 (PR)
    BS: 255…got stuck in the hole on 265 (which would have been a PR)

  3. OHS (115) PR – Felt good. Needed 5-6 sets to finally get the shoulders warmed up
    FS (215) PR
    BS (240)
    All felt Solid – Speed round of BS’s with Jeff to get it all in.
