2.     Wod prep:

Warm-up the movements.

3.     Wod:

 2,000 Meter Row for Time

At the 1st Minute – 1 Ab-mat Sit-up

At the 2nd Minute – 2 Ab-mat Sit-ups

At the 3rd Minute – 3 Ab-mat Sit-Ups

Continue to add 1 Ab-mat Sit-Up per round.

Time Cap – 14:00 Minutes

Cash out: 

Tabata hollow rocks

Tabata plank up downs

*8 rounds alternating movements.
