Teams of 3

7 Rounds

  • 7 Lateral Burpees over your partner.
  • 7 Box Jumps (24,20)
  • 7 KB swings (70,53)

Person 1 Goes, then 2, then 3, that’s 1 round.

*21 total rounds.  7 for each team mate.

*These rounds should be all out sprints.

*Each athletes segment should be about :45 seconds

Rep scales:

  1. 6
  2. 5
  3. 4
  4. 3

Cash out: 

Accumulate 2 minutes in an L-Sit or 2 minutes in a free hand stand.
