1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

 Warm the STOH up to wod weight heavier if capable.

3.     Wod:

Opens wod 12.3

 AMRAP 18:

  • 15 Box jumps (24,20)
  • 12 STOH(115,75)
  • 9 Toes-to-bar

*The load you choose for this work out should feel comfortable going unbroken in the 1st round.

Scaled and MASTERS MEN  – includes Masters Men 55+

AMRAP 18:

  • 15 Box jumps or step ups (20)
  • 12 STOH(95)
  • 9 Toes-to-bar

Scaled and MASTERS WOMEN  – includes Masters Women 55+

AMRAP 18:

  • 15 Box jumps or step ups (20)
  • 12 STOH(55)
  • 9 Toes-to-bar

Toes to bar scales:

  1. Knees to 90
  2. Toes to barbell (Lying on back holding the barbell)
  3. Ab-mat sit-ups

Core cash out:

Alternating Tabata

8 rounds/ 4 of each

  • L-Sit Hold on parallettes
  • Leg Raises holding over blue or yellow hurdles

    I did this workout a couple months ago.. I don’t quite remember my previous score for it, but I know I was just shy of 6 rounds using 65#, and with hanging knee raises. Feeling stronger everyday!
