1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod :

  • Shoulder press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
  • Push press 2-2-2-2-2 reps
  • Push jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps

*Split jerk if capable

Start this at 50% of your 1rm press.

*Rest as needed between sets.

Guys try and climb 5 to10 lbs per set .

Ladies try and climb 2.5 to 5 lbs per set.

    PP: 135, 155, 175, 185, 195(1)
    PJ: 155, 175, 195, 215(f), 205, 225(f)x2

  3. Set out with a plan of 10# jumps each set, starting just under 50% of 1RM strict press…worked ok until the end…then ran out of time (and probably strength too)…but no misses
    Strict – 55,65,75,85,95
    Push – 105,115,125,135,145
    Push Jerk – 155, 165, 175 (did it the first time as a split…then as a push jerk)…ran out of time. Probably had 185 in me.

    Tabata situps 12×8 = 96

    PP – 105
    PJ – 120
    Could have done 1 or 2 more sets on the PJ but figured I shouldn’t get too heavy. Still trying to adapt to this pregnancy thing.

    I forgot our strict press number.

    Push press worked to 80
    Push jerk worked to 100

    Tabata ab mats and worked on those darn pull ups. Nice morning with the crew.

    Push Press 115,135,145,155,165
    Push Jerk 165,175,185,195,205
    Split Jerk 205,210,215(f),220,225(fx2)

    Although I had a few misses in the split jerk I have never felt that good in the split jerk. The first attempt at 225 was real close, should have stabilized before I stood up
