*Divide the reps however you like.

  • 100 Slam balls (AHAP)
  • 100 Wall ball (20,14)
  • 100 Sand bag to shoulder (50,35)
  • 50 Curtis P’s (95,65)

Cash out:

Foam roll lats and thoracic 5 minutes.
