Wod Monday 8/1/16

1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Weight lifting:

1 Clean Pull + 1 Power Clean+ 1 split jerk

 *Work up to your heaviest complex in 15 minutes.  Perform no more than 5 working sets.

3.     Wod:

 Death By Power Clean and Burpee over the bar (135,95)

Complete 1 Power Clean and 1 Burpee over the bar on the first minute, 2 Power Cleans and 2 Burpees over the bar on the second minute, 3 Power Cleans and 3 Burpees over the bar on the third minute, etc…until you can no longer complete the required reps.

  1. Complex: 185 (failed the PC at 195)

    Death by PowerClean/Burpee: 7 rounds completed. 9 reps in 8th round

    That really jumped up quick. 5 was easy, 6 and 7 were killer.
