1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

In groups of 3 or 4

Axle bar dead lifts.  20 minutes to work your way up to a heavy 3 reps.

3.     Wod:

Mercy Street 

AMRAP 13:

  • 3 Dead lifts(315,210)
  • 5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
  • 7 CTB Pull Up –Reps
  • 9 Box jump overs(24,20)

Cash out:

Mobility, foam rolling, lax balls, and stretching.

    Mercy Street 4+2
    275# DL & 3 HSPU, but last round only got 2 HSPUs and 3 attempts

    Best I have done with strict HSPUs in a WOD, huge goat!
