1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Weight lifting:

5 sets of this complex

1 Snatch Pull-Down + 1 power snatch + 1 snatch balance – work to a heavy complex for the day, rest 2:00


Option for this complex:

  1. 1 snatch pull-down + 1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat
  2. 2 snatch pull-down + 1 power snatch

3.     Wod:

 21-15- 9

  • Wall ball(20,14)
  • Toes to bar
  • Power cleans (135,95)

  1. Snatch thing: 65
    WOD: 11:17 RX – went in thinking I’d do less TTB to keep moving. Got 3 sets of 5 in first round so just went all the way. 5s didn’t keep but moved along. Good choice in the end.

  2. Working on my August goal, using the gym during my shifts

    15 Squats
    15 Burpee
    15 Push Ups

    Not for time but convinced another guy from shift to keep us both moving. Compliments of @555fitness
