“Wheel of Fortune” Last done on 2/21/16

Teams of 2 one rows while the other does the movements.

 2 x 1000 m row each

Accumulate 30,20 or 10 perfect Push Ups each rest period.

2 x 750 m row each

Accumulate 25, 20 or 15 Ab-Mats sit ups each rest period.

2 x 500 m row each

Do nothing but rest during rest periods.

*If you are a single athlete rest 1:1

Intermediate: As prescribed.

Beginner:

 2 x 750 m row each

Accumulate 10 perfect Push Ups each rest period.

2 x 500 m row each

Accumulate 15 Ab-Mats sit ups each rest period.

2 x 500 m row each

Do nothing but rest during rest periods.
