  • 400 M Run – Together
  • 100 Deadlifts (225,155)
  • 800 M Run – Split how you want
  • 75 Hang Power Cleans (135,95)
  • 1200 m Run – Split how you want
  • 50 Front Squat (135,95)
  • 1 Mile Run – Split how you want

*When thinking about load for this work out you should be able to do 5 reps comfortably.
