2.     Wod prep:

Hang Power Snatch

3 x 3

15 minutes to work to a heavy 3

3.     Wod:

 AMRAP 10

6 Power Snatches (115,75)

6 Handstand Push Ups

24 Double Unders

 Beginners:

AMRAP 10

6 Power Snatches (50,35)

6 DB strict press(25,15)

48 single Unders

 Intermediate:

AMRAP 10

  • 6 Power Snatches (95,65)
  • 6 Handstand Push Ups
  • 24 Double Unders

*To do this work out rx you should be able to do 6 hand stand push-ups unbroken in the first round.  If needed scale the reps, use 1 ab-mat or scale to box HSPU.  The load has been dropped to help maintain the intensity of the work out.  You should be striving for unbroken sets in the power snatch.
