  • 15 Toes to Bar
  • 10 hang Power Snatch (75,55)

90 Sec. rest between sets

Beginner:

3 Sets: 5 min AMRAP:

  • 15/10 calorie row
  • 8 Knees to chest
  • 10 hang power Snatch (65,45)

90 Sec. rest between sets
