In House Throwdown Wod 1

“THE BIG LEBOWSKI”

With a 15 minute running clock

 Rx 

0 to 12 minutes establish a 1 rep max clean

 Minute 12 to 13 rest

Minutes 13 to 15 max double unders.  One partner performs the double unders while the other holds their max load in the hang position from the clean.  The load for each team is the heaviest lift performed.  If the bar is put down the double under counting stops.  Reps for double unders are only counted when the bar is off the floor in the hang position.  Teams may switch at any point in the 2 minutes.

There will be 2 scores for this work out:

  1. Combined clean load from both athletes
  2. Total double unders

Scaled:
