2.     Wod prep:

 Warm-up to wod weight

 3.     Wod:

 Boy wonder (18 minute cap)

5 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Hang clean and jerks(135,95)
  • 1 legless rope climb

Beginner:

4 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Hang clean and jerks(45,35)
  • 1 rope knee up(starting on the floor)

Intermediate:

5 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Hang clean and jerks(115,80)
  • 1 legless rope climb

  1. 13:42 RX-ish. Had to use my legs towards the top of rounds 4-5. My hands kept slipping down the rope.

    Great to be back at CFS and workout with everyone!

  2. 8:21ish…stayed really light (75#)…tried to focus on keeping the bar close going up and back down. Rope climbs were just regular, using my legs. Tried one pull legless in the prep and felt something less than awesome in my shoulder. Live to fight another day!
