Wod Wednesday 9/28/16

1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

Warm the back squat up to wod weight

Skill: Double unders

3.     Wod:

3 rounds AMRAP 5

Buy in: 100 double unders then

  • Max Back squats @ body weight

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

*score is your total back squats for all 3 rounds

You should be able to get a minimum of 10 reps per round. Adjust load as needed.

Beginner:

3 rounds AMRAP 5

Buy in:100 single unders then

  • Max Back squats @ 50% body weight.

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

*score is your total back squats for all 3 rounds.

You should be able to get a minimum of 10 reps per round. Adjust load as needed.

Intermediate:

3 rounds AMRAP 5

Buy in:100 double unders then

  • Max Back squats @ body weight.

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

*Score is your total back squats for all 3 rounds.

You should be able to get a minimum of 10 reps per round. Adjust load as needed.
