1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

Wear your long sleeve shirt!

Stone to shoulder work up to a heavy 1 rep.

3.     Wod:

 3 rounds – AMRAP 5, complete:

400m run with remaining time

max stone to shoulder(you choose the load)

*Rest 90 seconds between rounds.

*Scale with slam balls or med balls if needed.

*Total number of stone to shoulders is your score.
