Option 1:

  • 20 Lateral bar hops
  • 10 hang power snatches (45,30)

Option 2:

  • 30 Lateral bar hops
  • 10 hang power snatches (65,45)

    Snatches got heavy and I think they started looking pretty ugly but I did my best — Mick made me do 50# so it’s his fault 😉
