Wod Tuesday 10/25/16

1.      Warm Up:

Coaches’ choice

2.     Wod prep:

From the rack 6 x 1 of the complex

1 push jerk

1 Split jerk

Work up to a heavy set

3.     Wod:

Odd Couple

 EMOM  20:

Even Minutes:

  • 7 Pull ups
  • 15 push-ups

Odd Minutes:

  • 15 Sit ups
  • 30 Double Unders

For all options you should shoot to finish the rounds in 30 to 45 seconds.  Scale the reps of the sit-ups, pull-ups double unders and push-ups as needed.

 Option:1

EMOM 20:

Even Minutes:

  • 5 Ring Rows
  • 10 box Push ups

Odd Minutes:

  • 10 Sit ups
  • 20 single unders

Option 2:

EMOM 20:

Even Minutes:

  • 5 Pull up
  • 10 Push ups

Odd Minutes:

  • 15 Sit ups
  • 20 Double Unders

    Worked up to 135 kept it light and worked on speed under the bar.

    Changed to 10 and 30 after round 3.
