  • 15 Toes 2 Bar

Option 1:

  • 10 Shoulder to Overhead (95,65)
  • 10 box jumps(20,14)
  • 10 Knees to 90 or toes to kettle bell

Option 2:

  • 15 Shoulder to Overhead (95,65)
  • 15 box jumps(24,20)
  • 15 Toes 2 Bar

    – Went out of the gate fast trying to get ahead of Charlie and paid for it after round 2.
