  1. Front Squat Work: 115# to work on depth and form. One would think I could get to depth easily given I don’t have very far to go 🙂 Thanks for the tips John!
    WOD: 5:31 65# and 2×1 singles
    As a bonus, Gia was singing along to all of the songs in today’s playlist…much to Charlie’s chagrin.
