  1. Power Clean: 105# Wrist and elbow bothered me a bit so I didn’t want to go any heavier. Need to work on being more consistent with my form (don’t pull too early, open the hips, keep feet in). Feels great when I actually do it right!

    WOD: 7:38 (65#) …. My ‘behind’ is going to be sore tomorrow!
