    Deadlift felt great. Toes to elbows really slow me down (they were more like toes to chest). Have a hard time stringing them together.

  2. Kettle One: 14:15 RX- ish…hit some tri but mostly k2e. Excited before the WOD bc I actually strung some together, ( Thank You John), and then they started falling apart. One at a time, slogfest.

    That bike tho 😜
