  • 15 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups
  • 15 Overhead Squats (95, 65)
  • 15 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups
  • 15 Overhead Squats (135, 95)
  • 15 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups
  • 15 Overhead Squats (155,105)

Pull-up options:
1. Regular pull-ups
2. Ring rows

*Scale load for over head squat as needed.

4. Post Wod

Lax ball shoulder blades for 4 minutes

    WOD: 8:47
    – Regular pullups
    – 35/45/55# OHS
    *Underestimated myself on overhead squats. Probably could have gone heavier but focusing on form and mobility over strength for now.
