For time:
15 burpees, jumping over the barbell
5 clean and jerks (205, 135)
12 burpees, jumping over the barbell
4 Clean and Jerks
9 burpees, jumping over the barbell
3 clean and jerks

*Scale load as needed.

Scaled option:

For time:
15 burpees, jumping over the barbell
8 clean and jerks (95, 65) *scale load as needed
12 burpees, jumping over the barbell
6 Clean and Jerks
9 burpees, jumping over the barbell
4 clean and jerks

The load has been reduced and the reps of the clean and jerk have been increased to allow the athlete the opportunity to work on proper mechanics.
