Roll out hamstrings on barbell for 4 minutes

  1. Knee Stitches and didn’t want to risk the bar hitting them

    High Hang Power Clean, Mid Thigh HPC, and Above the Knee HPC worked to 205#. The High HPC with 205# felt great
