Thursday, February 2nd is Bring a Friend Day at CFS.
Bring a friend day is an opportunity for a CFS member to bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit before or is a CrossFitter who is looking for a new box. Please register with the link below if you will be attending any of the classes offered on bring a friend day with a CFS member.

1. Warm-up

Coaches choice

2. Wod Prep

Tabata Ring Plank Hold

3. Wod

Kettle bell Chief

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Kettlebell Swings (70, 53)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Only completed rounds count.

4. Post Wod
Roll Calves on KB for 2 mins/side
