800 M Run

 

Toes to bar options:
1. Knees to 90
2. AB-mats x 2

*Scale loads as needed.

  1. Chin over bar: ??? I lost track. My longest hold was 30 seconds.

    WOD: 22:36 RX
    Double unders were just okay today & I’m still working on stringing my T2B together. They are slowly getting better. I did a lot of singles and just tried to keep moving. Running was no problem.
