Sit-up with Cindy

AMRAP 20

5 Pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 Squats
20 Ab-mat sit-ups

Option 1:

AMRAP 15

5 ring rows
10 box push-ups
15 Squats
20 Ab-mat sit-ups

*The two upper body exercises have been changed to allow the athlete to work on the basic mechanics with less loading. If the athlete is unable to complete all 5 ring rows in a single set move the feet so the athlete is in a more upright position. The time has been reduced to help keep the volume down and the intensity up.

  1. Double unders have been great lately but for some reason I just couldn’t do them at all tonight. Very frustrating!!

    WOD: 9+14 RX
    Did almost all my pull-ups in unbroken sets of 5 (2 rounds of 4+1 only due to losing my grip)
