Coaches choice

2. Wod prep

200m group sled push(Coach)
2 athletes will push the sled 10m then run the length of the turf and back. Athletes will repeat this until the 200m is complete.

3. Wod

Odd Man Rush

7 Rounds

:30 Hand release push-ups
:30 Rest
:30 Air-dyne
:30 Rest
:30 KBS (53,35)
:30 Rest

Score is reps per round

*Scale KB load as needed
*Scale to Russian swings if needed.
