AMRAP 12

2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb dumbbells

  1. 17.2 – 88 reps Rx with 7:18 tiebreak. I was glad to get 10 BMU. I thought the cleans were going to be the hard part, but those seemed ok. Always love the Opens energy! Great coaching CC, and congrats to Kion for conquering the BMU!

    Wasn’t expecting to get through 16 BMU. Stuck with well timed singles, didn’t want to risk a no-rep.

  3. 17.2 — 78 Rx (5:17 tie break)
    Can’t do muscle ups so I had to stop when it got to that part. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of scores with 78 reps! I’ll probably do it again on Monday to see if I can get under 5 minutes.
