10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups

Pull-up options:
1. ring rows
2. Banded pull-ups

Push-up options:
1. Push-ups to a box
2. Banded push-ups

4. Post wod

Coach stretch 2 minutes per side.

  1. I just did Mary in Buffalo NY but motified to an amrap 12 (didn’t want to smoke my body for Friday.) 7 rnds +10HsPU to finish it out

    Ever notice that HSpu autocorrects to “hospital,” very fitting.. haha

  2. Wanted to do Cindy, but made myself do Mary because I need to get better at pistols and HSPU.
    Mary: 6+3
    – 5 Box HSPU, 10 Rig assisted pistols (for balance and help at the bottom), 15 pull-ups

  3. I was planning to take a rest day today with strangely I like pistols and handstand push-ups!

    Mary: 6+17 (10 single pull-ups)
