In teams of 2 complete:
5 Rounds
1000m Row
30 Burpees
30 Wall Balls (20,14)

*One athlete works while the other rests.

*Scale the load for wall ball as needed.

4. Post wod

5 minutes thoracic spine roll out

      Split the burps 15 each
      I did 20 wall balls
      10 for Stacy
      Wall balls were unbroken for each of us.
