Strength 15 minutes to work up to a heavy single.

1 snatch balance then 1 squat snatch.

or

1 behind the neck snatch push press then 1 power snatch.

*These can start from the rack

3. Wod

20 Wall Balls(20,14)

Option 2:

AMRAP 15

10 Power Snatch (75,50)
20 Wall Balls(20,14)

Option 3:

AMRAP 15

10 Power Snatch (55,35)
20 Wall Balls(14,10)

*Scale load as needed.

4. Post wod

Banded over head distraction. 2 minutes per side.

  1. Complex to 55# doing strict press and power snatch. Did the strict press at 60# and then got in my own head on the power snatch.
    WOD: 4+4 @ 50# and 10# WB. I held back as to not discourage Becka.
