Minute 3. 5 unbroken power cleans (135, 95)
Minute 4 10 Front Rack Lunges (same)

4. Post wod

Banded Hamstring Stretch for 2 minutes a side

  1. Great workout today. Would have loved to go heavier on the cleans, but the lunge limited that.
    35# KB (3 rounds) then 39# (4 rounds)
    25 abmats each round
    75# clean & lunge
