21 Kettlebell swings (44,30)
*For the 30 use a buddy on the 26’s
12 Pull ups

Option 3:

3 Rounds for time

200 m Run
15 Kettlebell swings (35,26)
9 Banded pull ups or ring rows.

4. Post wod

Lax ball scaps.  2 minutes per side.
