Teams of 2 one athlete works while the other rests.


7 kettlebell Swings (70, 53)
7 Burpees
7 Wall balls (30, 24)

For this wod all reps should be unbroken.  Scale the loads to go unbroken.   To achieve the intensity in this wod each round should be a sprint.  The rest you get waiting for your partner will allow you to bring it each round.
