* One person works while the other rests. Partition Reps however you like.

Options for double unders:
1. Singles X2
2. speed steps x 2

Options for pull-ups:
1. Regular pull-ups
2. Barbell chest to bar
3. Barbell pull-ups
3 Jumping chest to bar pull-ups.

*Scale the load and height of wall balls were you can get comfortable sets of 10.
