Athletes Note: This is a great day to work on your unbroken wall balls. If you know you’ll do them unbroken, you can increase the cycle time of your reps?
Nail your squat portion of the wall ball. WIth a rushed squat, out of position, on your toes or any other things happening, the throw will most likely have issues as well.
A good squat will lead to a good throw.

Couch Stretch 2 minutes per side
I took the “note” to heart re: the wallballs. The burpees were a soul crusher…starting from the first round all the way through the last…just keep moving! On the wallballs…goal was to go unbroken on all sets…accomplished!
Tried to keep up with Becka…lasted for one round!

Burpee Box Jumps were my favorite part of this WOD – that should tell you something about this WOD. Nice job to JD and Becka as I watched you fly by me. I waved.

I think the breakdown of my workout was 20 minutes of burpees and 3:27 of the other stuff. It’s 2:15 and I don’t think I’ve fully recovered.
We need to partner up – I’ll do all of the burpees and you can do everything else 🙂
