The benefits of doing yoga in combination with CrossFit include: flexibility, balance, alignment, peace of mind, agility, injury prevention, respiration, breath and body awareness.
Seven graded movements that test your ability to move well. You get a numerical score and report emailed to you with information about what your score means, and some suggestions for improving your mobility and motor control for those movements. The FMS is also your re-test criteria to evaluate progress.
For children ages 3 month – 7 years old. You may drop your child(ren) off 10 minutes before the start of a class and pick them up 5 minutes after the class ends for a total of 1 hour 15 minutes.
