Free Intro Class

 

We would love to have you come in and try a CrossFit class.  Our regular scheduled free intro class is a training session with one of our professional coaches where you learn about our program and experience a CrossFit workout for yourself.   The purpose of this session is to help you understand the methodology of CrossFit and our safe approach to coaching. This class also helps us better understand you as an athlete, your experience, goals and expectations.

 

Free CrossFit intro classes are offered Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 11:30am. Sign Up  

 

No Sweat Free Intro: Come in for just a consultation. You don’t have to workout the first time that you come to CrossFit Synergistics.  If you’re thinking about starting an exercise program, come chat with us and have your questions answered about our programs.  We help people lose weight, build strength and change their lives. In the No Sweat Free Intro, you can chat with an owner about your goals, what to do to achieve those goals through workouts and nutrition and start planning for success.
