CrossFit Drop In policy: If you are a CrossFitter from another Box we’d love to have you drop in and join us for a class! Please email us ahead of time at info@cfsyn.com to let us know when you’d like to come in and we can set it up for you before you arrive. The drop in rate is $25/class.
